 If you contact Expat Lawyer regarding a new legal matter, you can receive a non-binding and preliminary assessment of the legal situation and available options by phone, email, or text message. For the initial consultation, please write an message via e-mail, Whatsapp or call. The initial assessment is free of charge. 

 If you are unsure about the details of a rental or employment contract, you can engage Expat Lawyer to review and explain them. Please send the contract and your questions in advance. You will receive answers to your questions and important informations regaring the contract provisions by email or during a video call.

A contract review cost 50.00 €. Reviewing a termination agreement costs 80.00 €.

Expat Lawyer can work with any legal cost insurance represented in Germany. Applying for coverage and the correspondence with the insurance about the progess of the case are free of additional charge.

If you have a legal issue and need legal advice, you  can book a 30 minute consultation via video call. During the call you will receive explanations regaridng the legal situation  and possible courses of action. Afterwards, you can immediately  commission the next steps or take time to consider. Upon request, you  will receive an email or message summarizing the key points of the  discussion. Please send all documents and details regarding your legal  issue before the consultation. If you commission additional actions regarding the same matter, the cost of the initial consultation will  be fully credited toward your subsequent invoices.

In general, Expat Lawyer can represent you in and out of court for the statutory fees. These are flat fees for each stage of the proceedings. These fees are based on the value of the case and may depend on the monthly gross salary in emplyoment matters or the montly rent in tenancy matters. You can ask for a estimate of the costs during of your case in advance.
